Payment information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or other sensitive payment data on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We only store transaction identifiers and tip amounts for record-keeping.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Process song requests and tip payments
- Display requests on live queue screens and musician dashboards
- Send notifications (if opted in) about request status updates
- Provide analytics to musicians about their sessions
- Improve the Platform and develop new features
- Respond to feedback and support requests

4. Cookies and Local Storage
We use the following technologies to enhance your experience:
- Authentication cookies — Supabase session tokens for logged-in users
- Local storage — UI preferences (dismissed banners, notification settings)
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

- Supabase — Database and authentication
- Vercel — Hosting and deployment

- With musicians when you submit a request or tip (your name and dedication message)

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Song requests and tip records are retained for accounting and analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).

The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
